Engineered Profiles is seeking mechanically inclined individuals we can train to run Plastic Extrusion lines. Through completion of our training matrix and strong job performance our most skilled extrusion operators can make up to $33 an hour. Starting pay is based on the level of experience a candidate has and will be assessed through a test given by one of our process technicians.\nOur shifts run on a two-week rotating schedule (basically two days on, two days off, with three-day weekends). We're a 24/7 environment. The Extrusion Operator is responsible for setting up the extrusion line, operating, tear down, quality checks, and production reporting.\nBenefits:\n3 medical plans.\nOptional voluntary benefits – Dental, Vision, Life, Accident insurance and more.
