This is a full-time, on-site role, perfect for someone who’s organized, loves talking to people, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling techs, answering customer calls, and making sure the day flows like clockwork. ️ ✨ A little about the job: Coordinate and schedule our plumbing & HVAC technicians Dispatch jobs quickly and efficiently Chat with customers and keep them updated Help with record-keeping and parts/equipment needs Work closely with our awesome service team to keep everyone on track We’d love to find someone who: Stays cool under pressure and loves multitasking Has great communication and people skills Knows their way around scheduling software (ServiceTitan or FieldEdge is a bonus!)
