You understand that how something is built matters just as much as getting it out the door.\n\nIn this role, you’ll assemble, test, and inspect power winches, reducers, and rigging equipment used in demanding environments such as mines, construction sites, barge operations, and theaters. If you want a role where your skills are valued and your work truly matters, you’ll fit in well here.\n\nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:\nAssemble products according to blueprints, ensuring parts and subassemblies are manufactured correctly and fit properly during final assembly.\nAssemble and set gears, square fitments, press seals and bearings, set gear brakes, tap threads, inspect seals, and check for oil leaks.\nPerform basic electrical wiring.
