Pre-Settlement Funding Specialist

Liberty Legal Funding is a growing pre-settlement funding company that helps injured plaintiffs access funds while awaiting the resolution of their personal injury claims. We work directly with established plaintiff law firms and are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support all aspects of the funding process.This role is ideal for someone with experience in personal injury case management, legal operations, litigation support, settlement coordination, or legal funding who enjoys managing cases, building relationships, and keeping complex processes moving efficiently.ResponsibilitiesReview and process pre-settlement funding requestsCommunicate with clients, attorneys, case managers, and law firmsGather and review case information, medical treatment updates, and supporting documentationAssist with underwriting and funding decisionsPrepare and manage funding agreements and client recordsCoordinate funding disbursements and payment processingTrack active accounts and maintain accurate case filesProcess payoff requests and assist with settlement-related account resolutionSupport monthly reporting and administrative workflowsMaintain accurate records across internal systems and databasesQualifications3+ years of experience in personal injury law, legal funding, litigation support, or case managementStrong organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneouslyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable speaking with clients, attorneys, and legal staffDetail-oriented and process-drivenExperience with personal injury claims, settlements, medical records, liens, or case management strongly preferredSpanish language skills are a plus but not required
