This is position is ideal for someone looking to positively impact the lives of others and shape a growing organization.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLeadership & Supervision:\nOffer guidance and support to Home Supervisors, ensuring a consistent presence in the homes and collaborating closely with staff\nMonitor service delivery components such as scheduling, documentation of client outcomes, and site visits to ensure service quality\nConduct regular site visits and staff evaluations to ensure adherence to performance standards and provide staff support\nMaintain communication with guardians and external stakeholders\nStaff Management:\nMaintain a best-in-class workforce by overseeing staff training, performance evaluations, and ongoing support\nEnsuring staff are providing quality care in line with our company values\nProvide after-hours on-call support for staffing and client emergencies\nQuality Assurance and Compliance with DODD regulations:\nSchedule and participate in plan meetings\nAssist with medical appointments and medical coordination\nReview incident and error reports.\nOn-Call Support:\nProvide after-hour on-call assistance to address urgent client issues\nRequirements/Qualifications:\nMinimum 4 years of supervisory experience\nMinimum of 3 years work with individuals with developmental disabilities\nOn-call availability\nBachelor’s Degree\nValid driver’s license and auto insurance\nCPR/First Aid certification\nCandidates with the following qualities are encouraged to apply:\nPrevious experience with Therap.\nStrong leadership skills.\nDependable and reliable.\nAbility to maintain composure and rationality in stressful situations.\nProficient in computer-based data entry.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nStrong problem-solving abilities.\nPerks: Weekly pay, paid time off, health insurance, 401K with dollar-for-dollar match 5%\nOur Values: When you join HSL, you are joining a values-driven organization.
