If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.\n\nJob Description:\n\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Senior Test Development Engineer to lead the design and deployment of automated test solutions for RF and mixed-signal products across the New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle. This role bridges software and systems engineering with deep RF test expertise to deliver scalable, maintainable, production-ready test systems. You will play a key role in defining best practices within a worldwide test development organization.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nLead the development of automated test solutions using TestStand and C# on PXI-based ATE.\nDrive RF test development, system integration, and complex hardware/software debugging.\nProvide design-for-test (DFT) feedback to engineering teams.\nMentor junior engineers and technical staff.\nDrive continuous improvement in software and test architectures, fostering framework re-use and reliability.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\n\nEducation: BS or MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) or Computer Engineering.\nExperience: 8+ years in automated test development.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong proficiency in C# and TestStand.\nDeep knowledge of RF measurements.\nDemonstrated ability to debug complex hardware and software systems.\n\nDesired Traits\n\nStructured problem-solving approach.\nClear and effective communication skills.\nProven track record of building reusable and scalable technical solutions.\n\nCompensation and Benefits\n\nThe annual base salary range for this position is USD 121,900.00 To USD 195,000.00\n\nAs a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
