This full-time, on-site role is on call rotation, serving as the primary point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity.\r\nResponsibilities Provide first-tier technical support, troubleshooting hardware, software, system access, and network connectivity issues.\r\nCollect detailed information from end users, perform initial diagnostics, and resolve issues independently or, when necessary, escalated to senior IT staff.\r\nDocument all actions and update the ticketing system with status and resolution.\r\nAnalyze incident trends to identify and address common problems.\r\nEnforce best practices and coordinate with other IT teams for efficient resolution of critical problems.\r\nMaintain and update a comprehensive knowledge base and help desk documentation.\r\nAssist in system updates, device deployments, and process improvements.\r\nQualifications High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred but not required.\r\nAt least 2–4 years of experience in a related field.\r\nStrong technical knowledge of IT systems and networks.\r\nExperience with Windows PCs, Mac, and iOS products preferred.\r\nExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.\r\nTeam player with customer-service orientation.\r\nITIL or other relevant certifications preferred.\r\nPre-employment Requirements Drug-free facility; passing a pre-employment drug screening and background check is required.\r\nCompensation Hourly pay: $22.83.
