We're looking for a skilled Lead Hardware Reverse Engineer to help drive our mission forward. If you're passionate about solving complex challenges and making a tangible impact on national security, we want you on our team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nReverse engineer and analyze complex embedded systems designs to identify functional behaviors and facilitate deeper vulnerability analysis.\nIdentify and exploit key system components, including communication channels and firmware memory.\nConduct vulnerability research on hardened systems and architectures.\nDraft technical reports related to the function, characteristics, and any potential vulnerabilities of the assessed hardware and firmware.\nRapidly prototype innovative technologies to analyze and exploit target systems.\nOversee PCB design using CAD tools, ensuring designs meet mission-critical requirements for size, power consumption, and performance.\nManage the bring-up, debugging, and validation of hardware designs, utilizing oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.\nDevelop and implement novel security applications for embedded systems.\nContribute to a diverse range of research and development projects focused on embedded system security.\nIsolate areas of interest in complex systems with precision and efficiency.\nWhat you will have(Basic Qualifications):\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related scientific field – OR – 7+ years of experience in the embedded security industry.\nAt least 7 years of experience with:\nExperience developing on embedded systems such as high speed data devices, or system-on-modules.\nExperience analyzing and reverse engineering binaries (x86/ARM/AVR).\nDebugging embedded systems using tools such as JTAG, UART, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers.\nDeveloping and integrating bootloaders for embedded systems.\nCreating wiring diagrams and schematics.\nProgramming in C, C++, and Python.\nDevelopment targeting AMD/Xilinx, Altera, or Microsemi FPGA devices.\nNice if you Have (Preferred):\nAdvanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or a related scientific field.\nExperience as part of small R&D teams composed of researchers, engineers, and scientists.\nCustom PCB development experience with tools such as Altium.\nKnowledge of RF protocols and systems.\nExperience with Layer 1 and Layer 2 wired and wireless protocols, such as USB, SPI/I2C/1-Wire, Ethernet, PCI-Express, 802.11, and Bluetooth/ZigBee.\nHacking experience on IoT products.\nDemonstrated experience managing and leading technical employees and engineering teams.\nSecurity Clearance:\nActive U.S. security clearance at the Top Secret level, with the ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI clearance.\n#LI-ZS1\n#LI-ONSITE\nLooking for other great opportunities?
