{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"8b16523b30136cabb392e4f9","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8b16523b30136cabb392e4f9","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8b16523b30136cabb392e4f9","title":"Database Application Development and Integration Lead","description":"Overview:\nThe Database Application Development and Integration Lead provides TSA’s Trusted Operations, Maintenance, Cybersecurity, Assurance, and Technology (TOMCAT) operational continuity, service excellence, security, and adaptive IT/OT Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support.\nResponsibilities:\nEnsure database development is integrated with existing websites, web services, and web-based applications.\nModify databases and database-related applications for which the database applications team is responsible and in support of other application teams.\nMaintain centrally hosted database applications.\nMaintain database applications hosted at remote work sites.\nEnhance and maintain legacy web-based applications that are hosted inside the database.\nDevelop and maintain documentation for which the database applications team is responsible (e.g., SOPs, install guides, interconnection security agreements, software design specifications).\nSupport modernization initiatives related to database application development.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\n\nBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a similar Information Technology Field.\n10+ years of experience leading programs with similar scope and complexity with multiple simultaneous projects.\n10+ years of hands-on experience with at least 3 or more of the following: Oracle, SQL Server, .NET, JAVA, engineered systems, cloud technologies, data integration, automated testing and deployments, and DevSecOps experience.\n6+ years of experience supervising technical teams with 4 or more members.\nIndustry-recognized technical and/or business certifications, such as Oracle Certified Master, IBM Certified Solution Developer, or Oracle Certified Professional\nIndustry-recognized certification related to Agile development methodologies\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nActive Secret clearance\nCompany Overview:\nIntegral partners with federal defense, intelligence, and civilian leaders to tackle their most important challenges and deliver positive outcomes.
