They strive to provide a collaborative environment where everyone feels encouraged to contribute to their processes, decisions, planning, and culture.\n\nTo thrive/succeed as the DevOps & Platform Engineer you should have:\nCI/CD & Platform Engineering\nArchitect and maintain internal developer platforms and automated pipelines to streamline software delivery and self-service workflows.\nCloud Infrastructure & AWS Migration\nManage secure, scalable cloud environments and lead the migration of workloads from on-premises data centers to the cloud.\nObservability & Incident Management\nMonitor system performance to proactively resolve bottlenecks and act as the senior technical lead for incident response and troubleshooting.\nBackup, Recovery & Disaster Recovery\nDesign and validate disaster recovery strategies and security protocols to meet strict regulatory requirements in SaaS environments.\nSecurity & Compliance\nCross-Team Collaboration\nPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure environment consistency and support application upgrades using modern development tools.\nDocumentation & Continuous Improvement\n\nYour responsibilities as the DevOps & Platform Engineer will include:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience\nDemonstrated experience across DevOps, systems/platform engineering, SRE, and supporting customer environments; experience in regulated SaaS environment a plus\nProficiency with GitLab CI/CD and GitLab Duo; familiarity with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, PowerShell, Python, Bash); experience migrating or replacing legacy CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins) is a plus\nHands-on experience with AWS (EC2, ALB, WAF, S3, Lambda, DMS, RDS, VPC, CloudWatch, ECS/EKS); familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 is beneficial; comfort with infrastructure-as-code and cloud migration patterns\nStrong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident management skills with documented post-incident processes\nKnowledge of monitoring, alerting, and logging tools (Datadog, AWS CloudWatch, LeanSentry) and security tools (IAM, vulnerability scanners)\nExperience delivering customer automation, platform self-service, and technical documentation content to both internal and external stakeholders\nStrong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with development, support, and operations teams, and to clearly convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders\nFamiliarity with code quality, compliance management, and reliability engineering concepts (SRE); comfort using AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, CodeRabbit, Cursor, or similar) to improve productivity and output quality\n\nIf you are comfortable driving operational improvements, apply today!\n\nWe anticipate that the application window will close in 30 days.\n\nOur client is an equal opportunity employer that welcomes and encourages diversity in the workplace.
