If you're motivated by smiles and hugs from children and praise from parents, this could be the job for you.DutiesEffectively operates and manages all aspects of a child care facility, including enrollment building, family retention, human resources, marketing, and quality assurance. Trains and develops the teaching staff to provide creative, age-appropriate programs to all children served at the academy. Actively develops and maintains positive customer/community relations. Maintains high capacity utilization and manages all resources effectively and within budget.
