Management of QA resources/teams within a larger program.Experience structuring work into various workstreams and managing multiple testing workstreams concurrently.Strong applied use of QA tools/techniques.Experience with vendor alignment.Excellent communication skills (oral and written), English-language skills, facilitation skills, etc. and ability to represent work at all levels of the organization (up to Executive levels).Excellent people skills – developing strong relationships, building a trusting team environment, and ability to listen & translate into actionable plans.
