Commissioning Site Manager – Data Centers📍 Locations: TX, NY, CA OR USA$200K–$250K Base (DOE) + Equity + Full BenefitsMy client a rapidly growing infrastructure and AI-focused organization that is building next-generation hyperscale data centers to support some of the world’s most advanced AI environments.Seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager with strong mission critical experience leading Level 1–5 commissioning activities across large-scale data center projects.Key Responsibilities:Lead commissioning efforts across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, BMS, and EPMS systemsAct as the Owner’s Commissioning Site Manager coordinating contractors, vendors, engineers, and stakeholdersManage pre-functional testing, integrated systems testing, startup, troubleshooting, and validationOversee commissioning for critical systems including:Chillers, CRAHs, Cooling Towers, AHUs, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, Water Treatment SystemsGenerators, UPS Systems, Switchgear, ATS/STS, Transformers, PDUs, Busways, Battery Systems, EPMSValidate sequence of operations, flushing, pressure testing, balancing, and performance testingDiagnose and resolve startup and operational issues across mission critical infrastructureQualifications:5+ years of hyperscale or mission critical data center commissioning experienceStrong knowledge of ASHRAE, BCxA, and/or NETA testing standards preferredHands-on experience with mechanical and electrical commissioning activitiesStrong troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skillsEngineering degree preferred but equivalent industry experience consideredWhat’s Offered:Competitive compensation package including equityMedical, dental, vision coverageRetirement planGenerous PTOOpportunity to work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure projects shaping the future of computeIf you’re interested in confidentially learning more, feel free to message me directly.For more information please contact:ellen.harradine@clear-er.com
