You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team, pushing the boundaries of what's possible and making an impactful contribution to the industry.\n\nJob Description\n\nA senior front-end engineer with strong Typescript, CSS, and build-system expertise who can independently build, debug, automate, and validate complex client-side systems.\nProgramming Language & Module Systems\nStrong proficiency in Typescript for large-scale production front-end systems\nDeep understanding of JavaScript runtime behavior (event loop, async execution, memory)\n\nClear understanding of JavaScript module systems , including:\nES Module (ESM): import /export, tree-shaking, bundler behavior\nCommonJS (CJS): require, module resolution, interoperability with ESM\nAbility to debug issues caused by mixed module systems in real-world build pipelines\nWorking knowledge of Node.js for tooling, scripting, and automation\nFamiliarity with Python for build scripts or automation tasks\nFront-End Architecture & UI Development\nHands-on experience building complex UIs using React and/or Web Components\nAbility to design reusable UI components with clear ownership and lifecycle\nExperience managing complex client-side state and event flows\nStrong understanding of client-side performance trade-offs and rendering behavior\nCSS & Styling Systems\n\nSolid understanding of CSS fundamentals, including:\nBox model, layout (Flexbox, Grid)\nCascade, specificity, inheritance\nBuild Systems & Tooling\nStrong familiarity with Node.js-based build pipelines\nData Validation & Analysis\n\nHands-on experience instrumenting front-end applications with analytics, logging, and telemetry\nAbility to validate and ensure accurate client-side logs, metrics, and events are emitted to centralized analytics systems\nExperience querying and analyzing telemetry in tools such as Splunk to assess feature health and application performance\nAbility to use analytics and logs to troubleshoot production issues and identify regressions or anomalies\nAutomation & CI/CD\nExperience working with CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins\nBack-End & API Integration\nWorking knowledge of server-side development to support and integrate with front-end systems\nExperience consuming and debugging RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs\nUnderstanding of request/response lifecycles, data serialization, and error handling\nFamiliarity with authentication and authorization concepts\nAbility to troubleshoot issues across client–server boundaries\nExperience collaborating with back-end engineers on API contracts and system design\nOur compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets.
