Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located in Chicago, IL. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing scheduled preventive maintenance, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and technical issues, and conducting repairs on industrial machinery. The role involves maintaining equipment and ensuring efficient operations to minimize production downtime while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & RepairStrong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExperience in Preventive Maintenance to ensure operational efficiencyKnowledge of Industrial Maintenance practices and proceduresAbility to read and interpret technical documentation, such as blueprints and manualsStrong attention to detail and commitment to safety standardsFamiliarity with precision tools and equipment is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in maintenance-related fields is preferred
