Ma\nn\nage all logistics of course in person and Virtual. Cr\ne\nate and Maintain databases for tracking attendees, post course evaluations and provides statistical data to Training Manager. Pro\nvide support to course instructors throughout the course training process. Col\nlaborate with Instructional Designers, IT Specialist and Training Facilitator to ensure tasks are on track and completed. Pro\nvide logistical support all other training needs to include but not limited to Security Cooperation Workforce Development Program updating and reporting metrics. As\ns\nist SYSCOM Security Cooperation Office Training Manager with ad-hoc tasks related to training. T\nhi\ns position is designed to be flexible, with responsibilities evolving to meet business needs and enable individual growth. R\n\neq\nuired Experience: B\nac\nhelor’s Degree in Education. Mu\ns\nt be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance for this role. Sh\na\nll have a minimum of 12 years of specialized experience in curriculum design, however, bachelor’s degree from an accredited university will be considered equivalent to four (4) years of specialized experience.
