{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"8aead697c55fa3e7df56d1b1","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8aead697c55fa3e7df56d1b1","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/8aead697c55fa3e7df56d1b1","title":"Weekend Forklift Operators","description":"Volt is immediately hiring for a Weekend 2nd Shift Forklift Operators in Riverside, CA.\n\nAs a Weekend 2nd Shift Forklift Operator, you will:\n\nJob Description\n\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nOperates Raymond or Crown Cherry forklift / Order Picker in and around warehouse\nPulls product from the warehouse for shipment to the stores and DC’s\nMoves product from Inbound Bins into the racks according product type and dimension\nRelocates product from end caps and service area into racks\nEfficiently pick customer orders\nEnsures inbound product and transfers received are stored in designated rack areas\nResponsible for scanning merchandise prior to moving it to a different location\nPositions product on racking system\nCarry or transports orders to the dock with material handling equipment\nAble to operate radio frequency equipment\nConducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards\nConducts operations in a manner that promotes safety\nResponsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled\nInspects the equipment\nMaintains a clean free from debris warehouse floor\nMeet company standards for productivity\n\nThis is a full time weekend opportunity. 5 days a week. 8 hours per day.\n\nThe ideal candidate will have:\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nMust-have qualifications that candidates must meet to be considered.\n1-2 years of experience operating a Cherry Picker Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.\nProven experience with order picking and inventory selection processes.\nAbility to safely operate a Cherry Picker and other material handling equipment.\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.\nAbility to follow instructions and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.\nDemonstrated reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.\nAbility to work efficiently in a high-volume warehouse setting.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nPreferred Skills & Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent.\nPrevious experience working in a furniture warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing environment.\nExperience handling bulky, oversized, or high-value furniture products.\nFamiliarity with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems.\nKnowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.\nExperience operating additional material handling equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or electric pallet jacks.\n\nShifts Available:\n\n2nd Shift\nDays: Friday - Tuesday (Wed & Thu OFF)\nHours: 3:00PM - 11:30PM\n2nd Shift\nDays: Thursday - Monday (Tue & Wed OFF)\nHours: 3:00PM - 11:30PM\n\nPay Rate: $23.00 per hour\n\n*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.\n\nQualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
