As a Client Program Specialist, you'll lead the projects, help shape the strategy, and turn research and data into recommendations that help some of the world's leading companies build better mobility programs.\n\nOne day you're running a technology rollout from kickoff to launch. The next you're digging into benchmarking data to inform a client's next big policy move, or presenting program recommendations straight to the client table. You'll partner closely with our Manager, Client Program Development, and team up with Client Relations, Business Development, and Marketing along the way, all while bringing AI assisted tools into the mix to work smarter and faster.\n\nIf you love leading projects from idea to launch, get energized by solving strategic puzzles, and want your recommendations to genuinely shape how leading companies relocate their people, we think you'll fit right in.\n\nEssential Functions\n\nLead client implementation projects and technology rollouts as project manager, coordinating system setup, kickoff calls, milestones, testing, and cross functional teams from initiation through launch\n\nPartner in the development of client program strategies by delivering consulting recommendations aligned to client objectives and industry best practices\n\nPrepare and present program materials, policy recommendations, and strategic deliverables to current and prospective clients\n\nLead and support industry research, benchmarking, and reporting efforts, including competitive analysis, custom client benchmarks, and executive summaries that inform program strategy and support business development\n\nSupport client program reviews, including Year End Reviews, data preparation, technology platform support, and ongoing program quality\n\nCollaborate with the Client Analyst to integrate reporting data, program metrics, and trend insights into client facing consulting deliverables and strategic reviews\n\nProactively explore and apply AI assisted tools and emerging technologies to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of client facing deliverables\n\nUphold quality and brand standards across all client facing materials and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen processes and team efficiencies\n\nMaintain consistent and reliable attendance\n\nMaintain positive, professional relationships with clients and colleagues\n\nProactively protect internal and external confidential information by complying with all security policies\n\nMaintain accurate “real time” records in all Plus systems\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum 3 years of experience in global mobility, client services, project management, or a related field\n\nCollege degree preferred\n\nGMS, CRP, and/or PMP certifications preferred\n\nExperience with Salesforce, or comparable CRM/program management platforms, preferred\n\nRequired Skills and Abilities\n\nStrong client facing communication and relationship management skills; comfortable presenting and facilitating meetings with clients, CRDs, and technical stakeholders\n\nAbility to work effectively in a fast paced environment and manage multiple concurrent client engagements with competing deadlines\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools and emerging technologies relevant to client program delivery\n\nTechnical aptitude for configuring and troubleshooting platforms\n\nStrong project management skills, with the ability to establish milestones, coordinate across teams, and drive client timelines to completion\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SharePoint and Salesforce preferred\n\nAbility to challenge existing processes and bring a strategic, innovative approach to client program delivery\n\nStrong understanding of global mobility services, client program structures, and relocation industry benchmarking\n\nSelf starter who works autonomously and proactively identifies gaps or risks in client programs and processes\n\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy across all client facing deliverables\n\nCompensation and Benefits Summary\n\nThis role offers a salary range of $58,000 to $73,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.\n\nIn addition to base salary, this position is eligible for:\n\nAnnual discretionary profit sharing bonus\n\nPaid floating holiday\n\n401(k) retirement contributions\n\nSalary Range Note: This is a good faith estimate based on current benchmarks.
