Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.\n\nMINIMUM EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's Degree in a technical discipline, preferably computer science or software development, or equivalent experience\nFive (5) years of experience in software development for automated machinery\nExperience with PLC programming structured text - CoDeSys or Beckhoff development environment\nExperience with Servo Drives\nExperience with motion control\nExperience with Visual Studio\nExperience with object-oriented programming\nExperience in Git or Source Hub\nAbility to read blueprints and schematics\nKnowledgeable of software development concepts, process, and tools\n\nADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nKnowledgeable in Beckhoff hardware and software\nKnowledgeable in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) theory and part programming\nExcellent communication and writing skills and ability to work in cross-functional team\nKnowledgeable of C# and .Net\nProven ability to assess existing systems and make technical recommendations\n\nPROTECTIVE CLOTHING/EQUIPMENT:\nSteel-toe shoes\nEye protection\n\nWORKING ENVIRONMENT:\nThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
