From managing high-level scheduling to helping produce visual assets, you will be deeply involved in the heartbeat of a growing beauty brand.Key ResponsibilitiesCreative & Artwork Support:Assist in the creation of mood boards, social media assets, and basic graphic design tasks.Coordinate with photographers and videographers for brand shoots.Maintain the brand’s visual library and ensure all artwork is organized and accessible.Founder Support & Scheduling:Manage the Founder’s calendar with precision, balancing internal meetings with external press and partnership opportunities.Act as a "gatekeeper" to ensure the Founder is focused on high-priority tasks.Handle travel arrangements and logistics for industry events.Communication & Representation:Draft and manage correspondence on behalf of the Founder.Reply to inquiries, brand partners, and community members with a consistent, professional brand voice.Act as a point of contact for external vendors and collaborators.The Ideal CandidateBeauty Obsessed: You live and breathe the industry. You know the difference between a serum and an essence, and you’re always ahead of the latest trends.Design-Savy: Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator), or CapCut is a massive plus.Highly Organized: You find peace in a clean inbox and a perfectly color-coded calendar.Proactive Problem Solver: You don’t just flag problems; you bring three potential solutions to the table.Adaptable: In a fast-paced beauty environment, priorities shift.
