This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, developing innovative products, and collaborating across mechanical, electrical, software, and manufacturing teams.\n\nThe successful candidate will take ownership of projects from concept through production, contributing to system architecture, design, testing, and continuous product improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCreate 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation using CAD software.\nDesign and develop mechanical systems, assemblies, and equipment for advanced manufacturing applications.\nLead projects through concept development, prototyping, testing, and product release.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.\nTroubleshoot and improve electromechanical systems, including motion control, sensors, motors, and pneumatic devices.\nSupport design reviews, root cause investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nPartner with manufacturing teams to optimize designs for quality, reliability, and scalability.\n\nQualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.\n2+ years of mechanical engineering experience in product development, equipment design, automation, or related industries.\nStrong experience with 3D CAD software, preferably SolidWorks.\nProven ability to design complex mechanical systems from concept through production.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and mechanical design principles.\nExperience working with electromechanical systems and multidisciplinary engineering teams.\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.\nSelf-directed and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.\n\nPreferred Experience\n\nAdditive manufacturing, industrial automation, robotics, semiconductor equipment, or precision machinery.\nDesign for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).\nPrototype development, validation testing, and reliability improvement.\nExperience in small or growing organizations where adaptability and initiative are highly valued.\n\nAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
