We offer comprehensive, accelerated, one-stop-shop services, including; Concept development, Research and development, Customization and flavor work, In-house laboratory testing, Quality manufacturing, and Packaging and kitting.\nOur mission is to enhance lives by being the most customer-focused manufacturer of health products, delivering an unparalleled experience in the development and production of nutritional products.\nWe are seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Liquids Production team as Production Packaging Operators.\nJob Title: Liquids Packout Operator\nJob Type: Full Time\nSchedule: Monday-Thursday, occasionally required to work Fridays during high volume periods.\nDays: 6:00am-4:30pm\nShifts Needed: Day Shift\nDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES\nPackage finished products according to batch records and specifications.\nUnload and dry bottles from the cooling tunnel.\nApply sleeves, tamper-evident seals, and labels to finished products.\nOperate labeling and date coding equipment.\nInspect products to ensure quality and compliance standards are met.\nPack finished goods into cartons and master shippers.\nPalletize finished product and operate shrink wrapping equipment.\nPerform basic sanitation and cleaning duties before and after production runs.\nFollow food safety, cGMP, and quality procedures.\nMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.\nWhat We're Looking For:\nHigh School Diploma or GED preferred.\nManufacturing, warehouse, packaging, assembly, or production experience preferred but not required.\nStrong attention to detail.\nAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.\nReliable attendance and strong work ethic.\nWillingness to learn and work as part of a team.\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to lift 30 pounds or more throughout the shift.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.\nAbility to perform visual inspections of products and packaging.\nAbility to safely operate production equipment.\nWhy Join Pharmatech?\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.\n401(k) plan with company match.\nPaid Time Off.\nPaid Holidays.\nProfessional development and training opportunities.\nPharmatech Labs is an equal opportunity employer.
