This is a great opportunity for someone with strong assembly experience to continue growing their experience, and there will be lots of overtime opportunity available!\n\n*Key Responsibilities*\n\n* Assembly, test, quality check, and rework assemblies.\n* Perform precision detailed assembly with a close eye for detail.\n* Work on-site at the facility to support teamwork, productivity, and communication.\n* Meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost standards.\n* Follow production procedures, including work orders and quality checks.\n* Use correct tools, and materials to assemble and adjust components to required specifications.\n* Check completed work against blueprints and instructions.\n* Help out in different shop areas as necessary.\n* Suggest process improvements and ways to reduce waste.\n* Follow all safety policies and promote a respectful workplace.\n* Perform through hole and SMT soldering techniques as needed.\n\n*Requirements*\n\n* Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.\n* Experience: At least 1 year of assembly experience, electronic preferred.\n* Blueprint reading and interpretation required.\n* Must be authorized to work in the U.S.\n* Must be a U.S. person or eligible for required export authorization.\n* Soldering experience is an added bonus, through hole and SMT soldering preferred.\n\n_WHY AVERRO? _\n\n_Averro is a veteran-owned staffing and solutions firm connecting top talent with cutting-edge companies.
