We're hiring a Maintenance Technician III to join a growing manufacturing team in DeKalb, IL.This is a direct hire opportunity offering strong pay, full benefits, and long-term stability.What You'll DoPerform preventive maintenance and repairs on manufacturing and facility equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automated systemsMaintain and repair machines, conveyors, motors, pumps, and production equipmentInspect equipment to ensure safe and efficient operationSupport installation and upgrades of new equipmentMaintain accurate maintenance logs and documentationAssist with general facility upkeep including HVAC, plumbing, and building systemsWhat We're Looking For1–3+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environmentWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and facility systemsExperience with preventive maintenance and troubleshootingFamiliarity with equipment such as motors, conveyors, sensors, and automated systemsAbility to read basic schematics, charts, and drawingsComfortable working in a physically active environment (lifting, standing, etc.)Apply today!
