Bi-lingual Warehouse Operation (KR-ENG)

Company OverviewSamsung C&T America operates an office in Austin and supplies a wide range of piping components—including pipes, fittings, and valves—for Semiconductor Fabs and other industrial applications across the United States.We provide end-to-end solutions to our customers, covering procurement, inventory control, and stock management.Our core business focuses on sourcing materials from both domestic and overseas suppliers, managing all operational processes, and delivering materials to contractors’ job sites on time. We also continuously work to expand our customer base and develop new vendor partnerships to strengthen our supply chain capabilities.We are seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic professional with hands-on experience in warehouse management and piping materials.Key Responsibilities:Oversee warehouse operations and storage of piping materialsMaintain high standards of inventory accuracy, warehouse safety, and operational efficiencyStreamline picking and packing processes to support 10–15 construction and contractor clientsEnsure timely and accurate order fulfillment aligned with client delivery schedulesInvestigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, shortages, or errors to ensure customer satisfactionCoordinate daily workflows, delivery schedules, and issue resolution with 3PL partnersCollaborate with procurement, operations, and customer-facing teams to ensure smooth supply chain executionSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service qualityQualificationsRequiredMinimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain managementStrong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory control, and material handlingExcellent communication and organizational skillsFluency in English and Korean (written and verbal)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environmentPreferredExperience working with Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providersProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office, especially ExcelCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $60,000-80,000401(k): Company match up to 4%Health Insurance: Medical, dental, and vision coverageAdditional company benefits provided in accordance with SCTA policies
