In this role, you will be responsible for operating industrial embroidery and sewing machinery to create high-quality products.\nExperience in embroidery or manufacturing is a plus, but not required—we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.\nKey Responsibilities\nSet up and operate multi-head embroidery or sewing machines.\nMonitor production runs to ensure consistent quality and output.\nPerform basic machine maintenance, such as threading needles and adjusting tensions.\nIdentify and correct garment or stitching defects during the production process.\nRequired Skills & Abilities\nVisual Precision: Ability to identify colors and detect subtle differences in patterns, letters, and numbers.\nManual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination to quickly thread needles and manipulate small objects.\nTechnical Control: Ability to make repeated, precise adjustments to machine controls.\nPace: Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nJob Requirements\nExperience: 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar fast-paced environment.\nCommitment: High standards for quality and a strong work ethic.\nTeamwork: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.\nReliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependable attendance.\nTraits for Success\nExceptional attention to detail.\nHighly organized and efficient.\nAbility to remain focused and calm under pressure.\nMultitasking capabilities.\nAdditional Information\nWorld Emblem is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
