This is a unique opportunity to contribute to industry-leading innovations.\n\n-\n\nResponsibilities\n\nDesign and develop user interfaces with a focus on user-centric design for both hardware control and application software.\nBuild and maintain clear, efficient, reusable, and reliable code using C#, Blazor, XAML/WPF, and additional languages as needed.\nCollaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to ensure seamless user experiences.\nTroubleshoot and maintain existing UI components and applications.\nParticipate in code reviews and adhere to development best practices and coding standards.\nPropose designs and alternatives for internal discussion with key stakeholders and management.\nContribute to individual and team efforts, meeting schedules and communicating obstacles and risks.\n\n-\n\nEssential Skills\n\nB.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n6+ years of professional software development experience.\nProficiency in C#, .NET, Azure, or equivalent tools.\nStrong understanding of UI design principles and best practices.\nExperience with .NET frameworks and Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF).\nProficiency in UI technologies like Blazor, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, Bootstrap, and CSS.\nExperience with modern software development practices, including git-flow, continuous integration, package management, and containerized builds.\nExperience in integrating third-party libraries and components.\nDemonstrated history of test automation including unit testing and code analysis.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\n\n-\n\nAdditional Skills & Qualifications\n\nExperience in machine vision is highly desired.\nFamiliarity with software development for capital equipment is a plus.\nExperience with GRPC, WinUI, and ASP.Net MVC.\nExperience in agile development and the Azure environment/tools with DevOps.\nExperience taking Figma mockups from UX designers and accurately recreating them in the .NET environment.\nExperience with REST APIs and data management.\n\n-\n\nWork Environment\n\nThis position requires on-site work at a brand new, highly collaborative facility five days a week.
