Franchise Development Sales Representative Reports To: Chief Operating Officer (COO) Remote Position Extraordinary Brands Extraordinary Brands is seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Franchise Development Sales Representative to support the continued growth of our franchise brands. This role serves as a key part of the franchise development process by managing prospective franchise candidates from initial inquiry through awarded franchise agreements. The ideal candidate is polished, organized, relationship-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. What You’ll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for prospective franchise candidates Conduct discovery and qualification calls with inbound franchise leads Evaluate candidate qualifications, financial capability, market interest, and overall fit Guide candidates through the franchise development and sales process Maintain consistent communication and follow-up throughout the candidate journey Build strong relationships with prospective franchise owners and business professionals Coordinate meetings, validation calls, leadership introductions, and discovery processes Maintain accurate CRM documentation, candidate tracking, and pipeline updates Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to improve lead conversion strategies Meet monthly and quarterly franchise development goals Represent Extraordinary Brands professionally during calls, meetings, and franchise events What We’re Looking For 2+ years of sales, franchise development, business development, or customer-facing experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Professional presence with excellent phone and virtual meeting etiquette Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary plus commission opportunity Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) with company match Paid time off and company holidays Growth opportunities within a rapidly growing organization Additional Requirements Occasional travel may be required Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Extraordinary Brands is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
