group. This position will be a main point of contact for communication, scheduling, travel, and expenses, answering phones and emails, event coordination, and general day-to-day organization for Principals and office events.\r\nResponsibilities\r\n\r\nMaintaining calendar for Principals as needed\r\nManaging and scheduling appointments and meetings\r\nCoordinating travel arrangements and expense reports\r\nCreating and updating documentation as needed\r\nOrganizing files and programs appropriately\r\nPrioritizing and responding to emails and completing tasks in a timely manner\r\nAnswering phone calls as needed\r\nWorking on ad hoc projects and event coordination as assigned\r\nMaintaining comprehensive and accurate records and contacts\r\nProviding in-office support for meetings and events\r\nPerforming general administrative support as needed\r\nProviding coverage support for team members as needed including the front desk\r\n\r\nQualifications\r\n\r\n3+ years supporting multiple senior executives\r\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and experience working with executives and clients\r\nAbility to effectively multi-task and complete assignments in a timely manner\r\nSuperior organizational skills\r\nProficient in computer skills including Microsoft 365 programs, Outlook, and calendar management\r\nExperience in travel
