Develops and maintains CEMS Web Services APIs for existing and future CEMS interface.\n\nWhat you'll do\n\nDesign, develop, and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, triggers, and queries to support application features and business workflows.\nAnalyze existing database code and processes to identify performance bottlenecks and implement tuning improvements.\nCollaborate with application developers, business analysts, and data teams to understand requirements and translate them into efficient database solutions.\nDevelop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database scripts for reporting, integration, and data processing needs.\nEnsure database code follows best practices for security, reliability, reusability, and performance.\nWork with relational database structures, implementing changes, updates, and schema modifications as required.\nPerform troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis on PL/SQL components and database-related issues.\nSupport deployment activities by preparing scripts, validating execution results, and ensuring smooth transitions between environments.\nCreate and maintain documentation for database structures, stored procedures, data flows, and development standards.\nParticipate in code reviews and provide technical guidance on PL/SQL and database development standards.\nAssist with data migration, ETL processes, and integration tasks between internal and external systems.\nMonitor database performance and collaborate with DBAs to optimize queries, indexes, and storage strategies.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\nUS Citizen with active Secret Clearance\nBA/BS preferrable, can be replaced by additional experience\n2+ years of experience with Oracle PL/SQL\nExperience with Oracle database replication\nKnowledge of AWS and/or OCI related technologies and utilities\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\nStrong interpersonal and communications skills.\nAGILE Environment experience, DevSecOps\nHave AWS Cloud One or AWS Gov Cloud experience.\n\nConcept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
