RISK MANAGEMENT ANALYST
Job Title Acts as a liaison between patients and/or patients' families and the hospital. Responsible for receiving, investigating and responding to patient questions, concerns or complaints. Responsible for assisting with the implementation of the Risk Management Program. Reviews and analyzes risk management data and assists Risk Director and Risk Manager with developing and implementing plans to reduce risk and liability. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Two years acute care or relevant experience required. Technical Skills: Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook. License/Certification: Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM) preferred. Other: Must have working knowledge of healthcare industry.
