This role requires a balance of operations expertise and a proactive approach to integrating MLOps into every stage of the development and deployment process.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nArchitect, deploy, and manage multi-tenant, microservices-based environments on Azure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.\r\nMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize operational processes across cloud infrastructure, focusing on efficient resource usage and minimizing downtime.\r\nImplement and manage CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and scalability of applications.\r\nBuild end-to-end automated workflows for the ML model lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, model testing, and deployment\r\nAdapt Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices for machine learning to automate code and model releases, using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions\r\nCollaborate with development and product teams to automate workflows, improve deployment efficiency, and streamline release processes.\r\nImplement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies to maintain high availability and data integrity.\r\nApply best practices in security by implementing policies for governance, identity and access management, and network security.\r\nDevelop and manage threat detection strategies, including monitoring, logging, and alerting to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.\r\nEnsure the security of the software supply chain, including code dependencies, third-party libraries, and integration tools.\r\nMaintain and improve documentation on architecture, processes, and configurations, ensuring clear communication across teams.\r\nQualifications\r\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 6-8 years of relevant experience.\r\nStrong experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), and monitoring tools.\r\nProven expertise in managing multi-tenant, microservices-based architectures and deploying high-availability solutions.\r\nProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates for managing and automating cloud resources.\r\nHands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps/MLOps) and configuration management.\r\nSolid understanding of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).\r\nSecondary experience or familiarity with security practices, such as identity and access management (IAM), threat detection, and compliance standards.\r\nWorking knowledge of secure supply chain practices, including management of code dependencies and open-source libraries.\r\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to operational and security issues.\r\nPreferred Skills\r\nExperience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack) for proactive issue resolution.\r\nFamiliarity with zero-trust architecture principles and secure MLOps methodologies.\r\nKnowledge of industry compliance standards, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR, is a plus.\r\nExperience with scripting and automation tools, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.\r\nNOTE: Applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the USA.
