They will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and positive culture in the center, supporting teachers in the implementation of our LEAP Curriculum while incorporating elements of Philanthropy and holidays, and building an environment where children, families and staff thrive.\n\nAbove everything, the Educational Coordinator will uphold the Vision, Mission, Core Values and philosophy of our TLE Middletown, NY family.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nTo ensure that our children are receiving the best possible early childhood educational experience.\nTo lead by example; be a mentor to all staff.\nTo create and foster a positive school -home environment.\nTo ensure program operations and activities adhere to legal guidelines and internal policies.\nTo oversee classroom lesson plans, curriculum, and activities\nTo keep senior management informed with monthly classroom observations.\nTo conduct feedback meetings with staff based on monthly classroom observations\nTo tour and enroll new families\n\nQualifications:\n\nAT LEAST an associates degree in early childhood education or a related field (child psychology, developmental psychology, children's studies, etc.)\nEarly childhood teaching experience\nMust meet state specific guidelines for this role\n\nThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
