Through leadership development programs, career growth opportunities, and a culture centered on inclusion and belonging, we invest in our people as much as our projects.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nCoordinate and manage the full lifecycle of bid solicitation and tracking\n\nPost projects and actively engage trade partners to solicit competitive bids\n\nMaintain and update the project scheduler, ensuring accuracy and consistency\n\nOrganize and manage document flow within estimating and bid tracking systems\n\nSet up and maintain projects within estimating platforms (including BuildingConnected)\n\nTrack plans, specs, and related documentation\n\nCommunicate consistently with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely responses\n\nSupport estimating and budgeting efforts, including bid leveling and analysis\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with trade partners through proactive outreach\n\nIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, or missing information and escalate when needed\n\nContinuously look for ways to improve processes and support team efficiency\n\nQualifications\n\nHigh School Diploma or GED\n\n5-7 years of estimating coordination experience\n\nPrior estimating experience with a General Contractor\n\nProficiency with BuildingConnected\n\nProficiency with Bluebeam\n\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nHighly organized with exceptional attention to detail\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously\n\nProcess-oriented, but confident stepping in when something doesn’t add up\n\nProactive mindset; identifies what needs to be done and takes initiative\n\nComfortable engaging directly with partners via phone and email\n\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability in day-to-day responsibilities\n\nPhysical Requirements:\n\nStanding/Walking/Sitting\nLegs: Must be able to climb stairs\nHands/Arms: Constant use of hands/fingers for mouse/keyboard/computer use\nVision: Visual acuity in near, mid, and far range.
