As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will serve as a technical expert, working closely with our team to provide innovative solutions to our clients' engineering challenges. You will have the opportunity to interact with clients, contribute to business development efforts, and mentor junior staff.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the lead engineer on projects, providing technical expertise and guidance to the project team.\nWork closely with clients to understand their needs and develop creative solutions that meet their requirements.\nReview and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.\nProvide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, helping them to develop their technical and professional skills.\nContribute to business development efforts, including proposal writing and client presentations.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related field.\nMinimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering.\nProfessional Engineer (PE) license required.\nExperience with design of various types of structures including, but not limited to, steel, concrete, masonry, and wood.\nKnowledge of industry standards and codes, including ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, and IBC.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.\nStrong project management skills.\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.
