This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in Ocean or Air Freight who is seeking the chance to continue their growth and professional development in freight forwarding.Schedule: M-F 8AM to 5PMPay range: $23-$27 per hourKey ResponsibilitiesOversee the coordination of export shipments from A to ZAssist customers with the shipment process to include bookings, quotes/rates, tracking/tracing, scheduling pickups, and invoicingEnter shipment data into the company's systemProvide updates to clients on potential shipment delays in a proactive mannerMaintain strong relationships with steamship lines, trucking companies, etc.Ensure compliance is met at all times for internal and external rules and regulationsFollow customer established SOPs at all timesRespond to internal and external emails/requests in a timely mannerDesired Qualifications3+ year of experience in export operations for air or ocean freight (REQUIRED)Computer skillsInterpersonal skills
