Job Summary:The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse in support of construction projects. This role ensures efficient product management, accurate inventory tracking, and timely distribution of materials to job sites. The position requires hands-on involvement in warehouse activities, including equipment operation and transportation of materials.Key Responsibilities:Manage and organize inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and storage of all materials and productsOversee product check-in and check-out processes to maintain inventory accuracyOperate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficientlyLoad, transport, and deliver materials to construction sites using company trucks and trailersCoordinate material movement to support project timelines and minimize delaysMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environmentUtilize computer systems and software to track inventory, shipments, and warehouse activityQuickly learn and adapt to company-specific software and systemsConduct routine inventory counts and reconcile discrepanciesQualifications:Previous warehouse or construction material management experience preferredValid driver's license with ability to operate trucks and trailersExperience operating a forklift (certification preferred or ability to obtain)Strong organizational and time management skillsBasic computer proficiency with the ability to learn new software quicklyAbility to lift and move heavy materials as neededStrong attention to detail and accuracyWork Environment & Physical Requirements:Regularly required to stand, walk, lift, and move materialsWork performed in a warehouse and outdoor construction environmentsExposure to varying weather conditionsEmployment Duration:This is a temporary position expected to last up to 9 months or less, depending on project needs.
