This task is primarily performed at Schriever Space Force Base (SSFB).\n\nPrimary Responsibilities\n\nProvide organizational and intermediate level support to operations of CCS-C systems in all facilities at SSFB and Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB) at the Backup Satellite Operations Center - Vandenberg (BSOC-V). This position requires a Security Plus certification to maintain a privileged account on the system. In some cases, the need to perform troubleshooting to restore operational capabilities may require working outside of normal business hours including weekends.\n\nMission Problem Report (MPR) and Deficiency Report (DR) resolution\nSystem administrator support\nDraft MILSATCOM Operational Requests (MORs)\nInstallation support including maintaining critical spares and bench stock\nPerforming Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs)\nRemoving and replacing faulty equipment\nRestoring systems to operations within contractually mandated timelines\nMaintaining organizational maintenance procedures\nUser account management (new and existing accounts)\nFile transfers as required by users\nClassified courier support\nLog and data collection to support Kratos engineering\nSupport all Kratos operations meetings\nSupport user meetings as required\n\nEducation: Bachelor's Degree in IT related is desired, but not required.\n\nExperience: At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.\n\nClearance Requirement: DoD TS/SCI\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n\nSecurity + Certification required\n3+ years of experience supporting MILSATCOM or DoD operations\n\nExperience with MPR/DR processes and system issue tracking\nBasic system administration (Windows/Linux), including user account management\n\nKnowledge of MILSATCOM operations and drafting Operational Requests (MORs)\nHands-on maintenance experience (PMIs, hardware replacement, system restoration)\nFamiliarity with classified environments and secure data/file transfers\nStrong troubleshooting skills in time-sensitive, mission-critical settings\nAbility to manage maintenance procedures, spares, and bench stock\nEffective communication and teamwork skills\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and basic documentation practices\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nExperience with Kratos systems, SATCOM terminals, or RF components\nFamiliarity with DoD maintenance and ticketing systems (e.g., Remedy)\nBasic scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Bash) or automation experience\nUnderstanding of secure system handling (NISPOM, ICD 503)\nExperience writing SOPs and supporting user/technical meetings\n\nInfinity Benefits\n\nGreat Company Culture.
