Job Type: Full Time Job Category: IT Job Title: Lead Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular) Location: Charlotte, NC / Plano, TX / Atlanta, GA Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in Java (backend) and Angular (frontend) to drive the design and development of scalable, enterprise-grade web applications. This role involves hands-on coding, architecture contributions, and technical leadership of development teams in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate combines strong engineering fundamentals, modern UI development skills, and experience building high-performance microservices-based systems. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using Java and Angular Develop scalable RESTful microservices using Spring Boot Build dynamic, responsive UIs using Angular (v10+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to developers Collaborate with product owners, architects, and DevOps teams Drive best practices in coding standards, security, performance, and scalability Implement CI/CD pipelines and support cloud-native deployments Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and DevOps processes Required Skills & Experience 10+ years of software development experience Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security Hands-on experience with Angular, RxJS, NgRx, and SPA architecture Experience building microservices architecture Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP protocols Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.) Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar container platforms Experience with Kafka / messaging systems Strong knowledge of design patterns, OOP, and system design Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle Solid understanding of unit testing and automation frameworks Required Skills CLOUD DEVELOPER SQL APPLICATION DEVELOPER
