Don't take our word for it-check out our RBT reviews!\n\nJob Responsibilities\n\nAs an RBT at Blue Gems ABA, you will work 1:1 with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in home, school, or clinic settings, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.\n\nDeliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.\n\nImplement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.\n\nCollect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.\n\nCollaborate closely with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to ensure consistency and generalization of skills.\n\nMaintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.\n\nJob Requirements\n\nCertification: Active Registered Behavior Technician (or eligibility to obtain certification, if applicable)\n\nEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is a plus).\n\nExperience: Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays preferred.\n\nReliability: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nPassion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.\n\nWhy You’ll Love Working at Blue Gems ABA\n\n1.
