Business Operations Assistant
About the Role
Mediclo is a growing medical apparel brand specializing in sustainable fabric innovation. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive operator to support day-to-day business execution across marketing, operations, and leadership priorities.
This is a high-ownership, generalist role working closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams to keep key initiatives moving forward and ensure the business runs efficiently across all functions.
You will step into a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly — owning execution, improving systems, and acting as a reliable second brain across the business.

Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendars, task tracking, and follow-ups to ensure nothing slips through the cracks
Prepare internal documents, summaries, and communications for leadership
Coordinate cross-functional projects and keep teams aligned on timelines and deliverables
Step in to handle urgent operational needs as they arise
Website & E-commerce Operations (Shopify)
Support site organization (collections, product visibility, badges, basic merchandising)
Assist with product launches and updates (pricing, variants, tagging, merchandising)
Help set up promotions (discounts, product availability, light site updates)
Identify and flag site issues or inconsistencies and coordinate fixes with the team
Marketing Operations
Organize and execute email + SMS calendar in Klaviyo (campaigns, flows, promo codes, list hygiene)
Oversee social media workflows with internal or external creators
Support influencer and ambassador programs logistics — sourcing, outreach, gifting logistics, and tracking
Coordinate paid social asset delivery with Meta agency (formatting UGC, asset handoff)
Inventory & Product Operations
Monitor inventory levels and flag reorder needs with warehouse + fulfillment partners
Compile and track inventory data across fulfillment and warehouse systems
Maintain and update product-related SOPs and workflows
B2B / Bulk Sales Support
Support and track inbound bulk order leads — ensuring timely follow-ups and pipeline visibility
Coordinate across warehouse, customer service, and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution
Assist with quotes, order processing, and customer communication as needed
Maintain CRM accuracy and organization
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in operations, marketing, admin, or a generalist role
Korean language proficiency is a strong plus
Experience in DTC e-commerce, apparel, or healthcare
Strong organizational and task management skills — you don’t let things fall through the cracks
Clear and concise communicator (Slack, email, documentation)
Comfortable working across tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, ClickUp, or similar platforms
Able to manage multiple priorities at once while staying detail-oriented
Proactive mindset — you anticipate needs instead of waiting for direction
Comfortable working closely with leadership and handling sensitive or time-sensitive tasks
Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-moving startup environment

Note: This is not a narrow role. The person stepping into this position will be covering a wide surface area — marketing, inventory, B2B, brand, and ops.
We're looking for someone who is energized by that breadth, not overwhelmed by it.
