Open up opportunities with HPE.\nKey Responsibilities Serve as the subject matter expert for HPE products such as Mist Wireless and Wired Assurance, EX switches, and SRX firewalls supporting customers with network design, troubleshooting, hardware and software testing, documentation, best practices, and automation.\nProvide primary technical support for break/fix activities, using advanced diagnostic skills to restore services quickly and reduce the likelihood of recurrence.\nWork with overall customer‑focused team to advise customers on best practices for Junos configurations and network design.\nManage and grow relationships with internal teams and outsourced development partners involved in engineering design and development.\nReview and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with technology and development standards; provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.\nContribute domain‑specific expertise and engineering leadership to cross‑organizational projects and programs.\nDrive innovation by integrating new technologies into engineering projects and designs.\nMentor and guide junior staff members.\nEducation and Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nTypically, 6 + years’ experience in data center routing, switching, and network architecture, with hands‑on experience using HPE Juniper products such as the QFX, PTX, and EX series.\nProven ability to develop test automation and write scripts in Python.\nUp to 10% travel to customer sites is required.\nKnowledge and Skills Experience testing, certifying, and operating Mist Wireless Assurance and Wired Assurance, and Junos on EX and SRX.\nExperience with datacenter switching (VXLAN / EVPN) and WAN with platforms such as QFX, PTX and MX is a plus.\nSkilled in empirical analysis, modeling, and testing methodologies to validate product designs and specifications.\nProficient with engineering design tools and software used to design components and solutions.\nStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the local language; able to present product architectures and design proposals and to negotiate options with senior management.\nWhat We Can Offer You Health & Wellbeing We strive to provide our team members and their loved ones with a comprehensive suite of benefits that supports their physical, financial and emotional wellbeing.\nPersonal & Professional Development We also invest in your career because the better you are, the better we all are.
