They will facilitate team development and the growth of employee commitment and ownership while holding employees accountable. Additionally, the Millwright Lead will be responsible for providing safety training, coaching, team development, and performance management to the team. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting, installing, aligning, dismantling, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime.\nDuties and responsibilities:\nManage large-scale crews that execute critical work related to new construction and maintenance.\nFacilitate team development and growth of employee commitment and ownership while holding employees accountable\nProvide safety training to new crew members, coaching, team development, and performance management.\nAdhere to all facility safety and environmental guidelines, policies, and procedures.\nActively participate in safety programs\nHelp meet or exceed production, waste, and quality.\nCommunicate with operations associates to identify and prioritize maintenance needs.\nFlexible work schedule, on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays\nWorking in high and/or confined spaces\nPerforming tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment\nData entry and completing/generating reports.\nTroubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment for improved reliability and uptime.\nRequirements:\nEssential qualifications:\nUS work authorization\n5-10 years of Millwright Experience or Supervision experience\nLed project & turnaround work\nHigh school diploma or GED\nAble to obtain a TWIC\nExperience installing, troubleshooting, & repairing industrial equipment\nFamiliar with precision measuring instruments\nBasic knowledge of using computers for record-keeping\nWorking conditions:\nThe Millwright Lead may work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment. They may be required to work in high and/or confined spaces. They may need to perform tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day. The work schedule may include flexible work hours, on-call, weekends, overtime, and holidays.\nPhysical requirements:\nThe Millwright Lead may be required to perform physical tasks such as lifting, walking, climbing, stooping, standing, pushing, and/or pulling for up to twelve (12) hours per day in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment.
