The role is intended to help ensure the continuous and efficient operation of enterprise IT systems, hardware, software and helpdesk services.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support through email, telephone, Microsoft Teams and the Government’s enterprise ticketing system.\nReceive, document, categorize, prioritize and resolve end-user incidents and service requests.\nTroubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, operating systems, software applications and localized network-connectivity issues.\nInstall, configure and upgrade operating systems, software, computer equipment and peripherals.\nProvide hands-on and remote technical assistance to end users.\nSupport Mobile Device Management activities, including device provisioning, configuration, security enforcement, troubleshooting and ongoing maintenance.\nMaintain accurate IT asset inventories and lifecycle records for computers, peripherals, multifunction devices and software licenses.\nSupport equipment receipt, assignment, movement, deployment and disposal coordination.\nAssist with telecommunications and VoIP administration, including telephone service requests, line drops, phone-number allocations and directories.\nServe as an IT representative and liaison between end users, the CIO3 office and other technical support teams.\nGather IT requirements, coordinate equipment deployments and escalate complex technical issues.\nDevelop and update Standard Operating Procedures, user guides, technical documentation and operational communications.\nPrepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports, briefings and other administrative documentation.\nSupport monthly reporting, timesheet validation and accurate invoice-support documentation.\nPerform other IT-related responsibilities assigned within the scope of the contract.\nMandatory Qualifications\nU.S. citizen.\nActive Tier 3 security clearance, or ability to obtain an interim Tier 3 clearance before onboarding.\nMust satisfy DoD Manual 8140.03 requirements for:\nWork Role Code: 411\nWork Role Title: Technical Support Specialist\nProficiency Level: Intermediate\nMust possess and maintain at least one of the following active certifications:\nCompTIA Security+\nEC-Council Certified Network Defender\nGIAC Foundational Cybersecurity Technologies\nGIAC Security Essentials Certification\nA higher-level certification that satisfies the applicable DoD 8140 qualification requirements\nAbility to work full-time on-site in Guam.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to prepare professional correspondence, reports and technical documentation.\nProficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams.\nExperience Requirements\nApproximately three or more years of experience in one or more of the following:\nIT helpdesk support\nDesktop or end-user support\nIT technical support\nIT asset management\nCandidates with less than three years may be considered when supported by strong certifications and directly relevant experience.\nDemonstrated experience with:\nEnterprise ticketing systems\nMobile Device Management platforms\nWindows desktops and laptops\nHardware and peripheral troubleshooting\nSoftware installation and configuration\nMicrosoft 365 applications\nIT inventory and asset tracking\nVoIP or telecommunications support\nTechnical documentation and SOP development\nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrent residence in Guam or willingness to relocate to Guam.\nPrevious experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of the Navy or another federal agency.\nExperience working in a military installation or controlled Government environment.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow or another enterprise IT service-management platform.\nExperience supporting iOS or Android devices through an enterprise MDM solution.\nKnowledge of Government property accountability and equipment-disposal procedures.\nExperience interacting with Government civilians, military personnel, senior leaders and contracting personnel.\nStrong customer-service, documentation and organizational skills.\nPhysical Requirements\nThe candidate must be able to:\nStand and walk for extended periods.\nMove through office, equipment and technical work areas.\nBend, crouch, stoop, reach and occasionally climb ladders.\nLift and move IT equipment weighing up to 25 pounds.\nIdentify and respond to routine workplace and equipment-related safety concerns.\nPay: $25.81 -
