Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:\n\nEstablishes priorities and dispatches specialists to maintenance jobs.\n\nMaintains close coordination between maintenance activities.\n\nMaintains constant radio contact with flightline vehicles dispatching specialists.\n\nMaintains control and status boards and keeps accurate internal records as required.\n\nProvides information and reports as required to the wing or higher headquarters.\n\nUses CAMS and/or IMDS for status reporting. Provides link between contractor, base security and emergency response activities.\n\nMay be occasionally required to perform duties of lesser skill classification.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; mathematics skills are desirable.\n\nMust speak, read, write, and understand English with the ability to interpret technical data and special operating instructions in the same language.\n\nMust be able to obtain and maintain clearance if required.\n\nMust be able to, if required, obtain and maintain a government driver's license.\n\nMay be required to work in other work sections throughout the contract where individual possesses required experience, training, and/or certifications.\n\nMember must demonstrate/possess a strong willingness and desire to learn.\n\nCurrent U.S. Driver's license required.\n\nWorking Conditions\n\nMust be physically capable of performing all assigned duties.\n\nEnvironment ranges from office to hangar and flight line and requires extensive climbing, standing, stooping, bending, pushing, kneeling, stretching, and walking demands.\n\nM1 Support Services, headquartered in Westlake, Texas provides a variety of professional, technical, and maintenance services to the Department of Defense and government agencies.\n\nBenefits\nM1 Support Services offers a comprehensive benefits package including several options for Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Dependent Life, AD&D, Short-and Long-term Disability.
