If no oncology and hematology, preferred experience with hospitalist work or acute care.Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 daysElectronic medical record (emr): EpicCertifications required: Must be board certified, must have basic life support (bls), a controlled substance registration (csr)Licensure required: Must have active indiana license, active indiana drug enforcement administration license (dea) (or one that is easily transferable)
