Oregon Licensed Care Coach

A company is looking for a part-time Oregon Based Care Coach. Key Responsibilities Engages clients in 1:1 peer discussions to align treatment goals and attendance Provides skill-based interventions to stabilize clients during heightened stress Conducts risk screenings and safety planning, escalating to crisis clinicians as needed Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred 2nd year Master's students preferred with experience working with young adults and adolescents 1+ years of experience in mental health peer support or related roles preferred Must reside in Oregon and have availability for a minimum of 10 hours/week Proficiency with cloud-based communication tools and Microsoft Office applications
