Present on 400M devices across India, SEA, Japan and the US – Glance is one of the largest content platforms globally with~200M daily active users.\r\nWhat You'll Do\r\nDevelop skilling and training solutions through engagement and building solid partnership with leaders and people business partners\r\nDevelop a keen understanding of the business landscape and unique problem statements to translate into training design thinking\r\nDevelop norm-bending thesis on the problem statements to arrive at training solutions\r\nTake a 360-degree view to design training solutions with the optimal PMF in the training solution\r\nAdopt a curriculum-based approach to skill and uplevel teams towards winning organizational goals\r\nMentor the team/ vendors for the development and execution of global functional training processes, programs and offerings\r\nLeverage and build upon the LMS, for the delivery of essential as well as customised online training\r\nContinually create a network of high-calibre external training partners to bring in best practices from across industries\r\nWhat You Need To Succeed\r\nAn ability to stay with the problem statement until complete comprehension of the same\r\nDeep thinking to devise creative solutions for the problem statement\r\nA strong conviction and the voice to engage with the organisation to understand the problem, imbibe the org values, influence the thinking and deliver the solutions\r\nAwareness of the latest training content across the business, technology and product management world, and judgement to suitably leverage the right material and experts for InMobi's business goals.\r\nRelationships and partnerships (internal/external) across all levels of the organization, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills\r\nComfort with fast-paced and a rapidly learning organization\r\nInnate curiosity and innovative thinking\r\nBias for execution, willing to get their hands dirty while strengthening systems and processes\r\nStrong facilitation skills – teaching and training\r\nHigh ownership and accountability to understand, design and deliver content that solves for organisational wins\r\nEffective communication with an ability to influence stakeholder thinking on learning interventions and training programs\r\nA global mindset – ability to work across different global cultures, in a matrix\r\nQualifications and Experience\r\nA pivot from a front-ending consulting/ product/ engineering role into design thinking and teaching for organizational wins OR Qualification in Organizational Development, or related field Education in engineering will be advantageous to the role\r\n8–10 years of experience in the Learning and Organizational Development function\r\nStrong experience using psychometric tools for assessment and development is preferred\r\nExperience of building and working with/ on LMS platforms\r\nStrong network with consultants and vendors, of a cutting-edge order\r\nSolid understanding of adult learning principles and behavioural science will be an advantage\r\nStrong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills\r\nExperience in driving measurable outcomes and scaling products/ interventions\r\nExposure to delivery and execution of training for global audience\r\nThe InMobi Culture At InMobi, culture isn't a buzzword; it's an ethos woven by every InMobian, reflecting our diverse backgrounds and experiences.
