The above represents the standard Corporate Policy.\nKey Responsibilities:\nConduct diagnostic tests using advanced tools and software to troubleshoot automotive drivability, electrical, suspension and outboard wheelchair lift issues.\nPerform moderate to complex repairs and replacements of automotive components, ensuring optimal functionality.\nAssist A-Level Mechanics in advanced diagnostic and repair tasks, contributing to efficient workflow.\nExecute routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize fleet performance.\nLead diagnostic tests to accurately identify complex issues and determine comprehensive repair strategies\nPerform advanced troubleshooting and repair tasks on automotive electrical systems and electric motors\nProvide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians, assisting them in developing their skills and\nknowledge\nOther duties as required.\nQualifications:\n5-10 years of experience as an Automotive Mechanic.\nASE certifications preferred; ASE certification program provided\nCDL a plus\nMust provide your own comprehensive tool set\nMust have electrical diagnostic and repair skills\nMust be familiar with scan tools, ability to run bi-lateral tests, pin-out testing, and data comprehension\nMust have drivability diagnostic skills\nStrong suspension and brake diagnostic skills\nMust be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed.\nSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
