Responsibilities include:\n\nOperating and monitoring packaging and bulk load-out equipment to keep production running smoothly\nPerforming basic mechanical troubleshooting, adjustments, and preventive maintenance on pack line equipment\nSupporting bulk load-out and warehouse activities, including forklift operation and loading/unloading shipments\nIdentifying and resolving equipment or process issues before they impact production\nCompleting quality checks, sample preparation, and required production paperwork\nEntering shipment and production data accurately in internal systems\nPerforming deep cleaning and sanitation between production runs\nCollaborating with maintenance and operations teams to improve reliability and efficiency\nContinuing to grow your technical skills through ongoing training and development\nWhat We’re Looking For\nHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (technical or mechanical training strongly preferred)\nPrior manufacturing experience, ideally in a food-safe or regulated environment\nDemonstrated ability to troubleshoot equipment or perform basic maintenance tasks\nForklift experience required (or willingness to certify quickly)\nComfortable working independently and serving as a go-to operator on the shift\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\nAbility to lift up to 55 lbs, climb ladders, and work in hot, cold, or dusty conditions\nCommitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement\n\nReady to take the next step into a more skilled, hands-on operator role?
